Site work began on Verdance in October 2007 and we're now working on the concrete and structural steel parking structure. We expect to begin "going vertical" in July and should have the building completely framed by the end of August 2008. Once the building is completely framed and dried-in from the elements, you will be able to clearly visualize the ease of access and smart layout of our floorplans at Verdance.
